At Shift, movement is about feeling good - not keeping up. Our Run/Walk Club is a welcoming, inclusive space for everyone - whether you are new to running and want to try a 5k, love a casual jog, prefer power walking, or just want to be around great people while getting outside and moving your body. This is about joy, connection, and showing up exactly as you are. No pressure, no pace requirements, and absolutely no one gets left behind.
